Absolutely!
One of the best decisions I have ever made.
I only wish I had the confidence to get the wheels in motion sooner.
From the first telephone consultation to the informal video call, the numerous emails sent back & forth to the Assessment Day itself,
Jô has been consistently kind, knowledgeable and patient.
My son was made to feel welcome, safe and relaxed whilst a professional environment for observation
was upheld.
The final report was thorough and highly detailed.
Thus meaning now we are armed with a better understanding of how my son thinks & operates, also how best we can support him as a family in his future learning but more importantly -
that he will now be recognised as a person with special educational needs.
This will be most felt in his academic setting where he can begin to work together with his teachers in reaching his full potential by hopefully implementing some of the recommendations submitted in the report by Jô.
My son has a renewed joy for learning and his attitude is that of a more focused and positive one.

Jo was great with my son; he was nervous about his assessment. Jo was fantastic, organised a zoom call prior to the assessment, welcomed him into her house, made him feel very welcome and comfortable and he actually enjoyed the assessment. Jo recently did a dyslexia assessment with my daughter and was brilliant with her. My daughter is a shy girl but Jo managed to get her talking and made her feel at ease. The initial findings was sent back within a couple of days and the full report didn't take long to follow.
